Food industries and hospitality - Food production

Overview

Food plants in the UAE fight German cockroaches in oven voids, stored-product moths at reel intake and occasional rodent pressure at dock seals. We build IPM around your zoning map-raw, high-care, packaging and QA-using pheromone and insect monitors where your QA approves, and targeted gel or crack-and-crevice work when lines are down.

Cleaning covers production aisles during CIP windows, mezzanine high-dusting, glue kitchen hygiene and cold-store threshold scrubbing. Night crews align with engineering so scrubbers do not conflict with sanitation foam cycles.

Disinfectant treatment supports pre-audit bursts on low-care floors, goods-in docks and staff changing wings. Fumigation for empty silos, empty cold chambers or inbound wooden dunnage is quoted with your HACCP team and third-party validator if required.

Documentation includes trend charts by line, corrective actions within SLA and supplier scorecard formats for multinational parent companies.
