These terms establish the legal framework for our business relationship. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms unless we have signed a separate written agreement that expressly overrides them.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing our website or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law.

Services Description

We provide professional public health pest control and related services in the UAE, including but not limited to:

Specific scope, pricing, schedules, and guarantees are set out in quotations, proposals, or signed service agreements.

  • Residential, commercial, and industrial pest control programmes.
  • Anti-termite treatment, fumigation, and disinfectant services.
  • Deep cleaning, hospitality staffing, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
  • Surveys, reporting, and consultancy aligned with municipality and client requirements.

Payment Terms

  • Fees and payment schedules are specified in your quotation or service agreement.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services and may incur interest or recovery costs permitted under UAE law.
  • Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms of your agreement and our applicable policies.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your content, data, and materials supplied to us.
  • We retain ownership of our methodologies, documentation templates, and proprietary processes.
  • Reports, labels, and client-specific deliverables are provided for your use in connection with the agreed service.
  • You may not reproduce our branding, website content, or materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm).
  • We do not guarantee that pests will not return after treatment; reinstatement visits are provided only where expressly included in your agreement.
  • You are responsible for securing valuables, notifying us of hazards, and following pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

  • Changes in scope, pest pressure, or site conditions.
  • Delayed access, keys, or approvals from the client or building management.
  • Weather, regulatory restrictions, or third-party dependencies.
  • Force majeure or emergencies beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Access & safety

Provide safe access to treated areas, disclose known hazards, and ensure occupants follow evacuation or re-entry instructions where required.

Accurate information

Provide accurate property details, pest history, and contact information so we can plan treatments effectively.

Cooperation

Prepare the site as advised (for example clearing food storage, covering aquaria, or vacating during fumigation) before scheduled visits.

Legal compliance

Ensure you have authority to book services for the property and that our work does not conflict with your lease, strata rules, or regulations.

Warranty & Support

  • Warranty periods and reinstatement visits are stated in your proposal or service agreement (for example guarantee windows for specific pests).
  • Warranty cover applies to the pest species and treatment method specified in writing and does not cover new infestations from external sources or non-compliance with advice.
  • Issues caused by structural defects, poor hygiene, unauthorised chemical use, or third-party treatments may be excluded.
  • Extended maintenance and AMC programmes are governed by their separate schedules.

Termination

  • By client: recurring contracts may be terminated in accordance with the notice period in your agreement. Payment is due for services already rendered.
  • By us: we may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or material breach of these Terms.
  • Effect of termination: completed and paid deliverables remain yours; confidential information obligations survive.
  • Survival: payment, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions survive termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • We encourage resolution through good-faith discussion before formal proceedings.
