Overview

Hotels blend guest rooms, linen chutes, kitchens, staff canteens and landscaped pools-each with different pest vectors. Bed bugs arrive via luggage; cockroaches follow pipe runs; flies mass at loading and pool bars. We structure IPM by tower, kitchen and MICE wing with discreet van signage and radio discipline.

Housekeeping interfaces drive carpet spotting, marble crystallisation schedules and turn-down standards. Ballrooms and breakout rooms receive rapid flip cleaning between conferences.

Disinfection spikes for lifts, spa wet areas and gym equipment follow corporate brand manuals or local authority circulars. During health events we can scale to public lobby touch-points.

Pre-opening and pre-audit deep cleans cover kitchens from canopy to cold room, BOH corridors and front-of-house stone. Fumigation for imported FF&E containers is available empty-room only.
