Internal & external cleaning

Facades, glass and interior deep cleaning

Keeping both the interior and the exterior envelope presentable improves first impressions and light levels. We plan internal deep cleaning together with facade- and glass-safe methods for a single schedule.

What's included

  • External glass and façade-safe washing
  • Atria and internal glass walls
  • High-level dusting (reachable)
  • Entrance canopies and signage
  • Common corridors linked to envelope work
  • Coordinated RAMS and permits

Ideal for

  • Office towers
  • Schools & universities
  • Hotels
  • Residential high-rises
  • Mixed-use developments

Combined envelope care

Splitting glass and façade work across vendors creates gaps at lobbies and link bridges. We sequence internal and external tasks under one method statement.

Access and safety

External work is risk-assessed for height, heat and pedestrian zones. Exclusion areas, traffic management and toolbox talks are documented before mobilisation.

  • BMU and cradle slots booked with building engineering
  • Rope access via approved subcontractors when needed
  • Internal atria accessed with MEWPs or staging plans

Finish-safe methods

Coated glass, anodised cladding and stone receive chemistry and brush selection matched to manufacturer guidance-reducing streaking and etch risk.

Occupied buildings

Zone-by-zone scheduling limits disruption. Night and weekend windows are used for drop zones and busy lobbies in commercial towers.

Benefits of our internal & external cleaning programme

  • One contractor for interior and exterior presentation

  • Water-fed pole, BMU, cradle or rope partners as required

  • Weather and wind protocols for safe external work

  • Tenant notices and lift bookings coordinated

  • Before-and-after photos for FM reporting

  • Cyclic AMC or pre-handover refresh
